It would take a month or more to set up for a demo like that.
I don’t believe the parties involved have written off the entire structure as of yet. Even if they did who pays and is responsible has to be decided.

Construction company and architect are responsible baw. The building should be condemned as a public hazard

They’re going to have to. Who’s going to want to stay there if they don’t? The building will sit empty.
