I was wary of this at first. But after reading the details, this doesn't sound like a bad thing.

I definitely like that they're open to keeping both the five biggest and the cumulative weight formats going forward on the pro side. I enjoy watching both depending on the lake.

Lowering entry fees on the BFLs is gonna be interesting. I like the idea of not having to shell out so much cash when I know I don't stand much of a chance to actually place but the fields were already 175+ boats. Can only assume that number will grow, and with BFLs they can't really split it up over multiple days when everyone who fishes it has a day job to get back to.
