Honestly whatever you get for a gaming pc will be able to handle plex. Just make sure you have enough hard drive room.
Other than the pc, you’ll need plex pass, and tuner like another poster said. I have the hd homerun and it works well.
Make sure you can hardwire your network connection also.

Have the plex pass already and a local antenna which works very well. Just want to piece it all together with movies from all these bluerays that I can access from anywhere.
