Yup. Sleep for 1st 6 weeks or so is a shitshow no matter what, it gets better after that. Take it in shifts and get family/friends to help with life tasks if needed.
Pro-tip to the OP, your kid is probably too young for cry it out if only a few weeks old. We waited till around 6 months for cry it out and it worked well.
