Oh, I see it and experience it everyday. perks of having a boss motivated to advance minority issues
But not all "diversity" efforts are anti-white male. Some are merely meant to provide a way for minority students to connect with their school and other minorities. The Office of Diversity was created to achieve those ends
Engagement is proven to increase Retention. Retention is proven to increase grad rates. Better Grad rates lead to higher rankings, larger and better grants, and hopefully better alumni endowments.
FYI, there are similar offices for: Veterans, Internationals, Women, LGBTQ, and Disability Services

I’m more than willing to adapt and follow the wishes of society. I think all people should be treated properly until proven unworthy.
However, today’s acronyms are confusing.
If a member of the LGBTQ community is a member of the NAACP is it improper to refer to them as a queer colored person?
