I need a sleep aid nightly
Ambien won’t work every day. My psychiatrist eventually told me to take it 4 nights a week then skip 3 to keep its effectiveness. Um no. I not gonna not sleep half of every week

So what works for you? I’ve tried it all
Anything natural is a waste. The only thing that helps is a Benzo and I’m scared to take it every night. I save it for the night before an early flight or meeting where I’m very anxious

Do you feel like shite if you don't get a full night's sleep, or are you generally ok?
Have you actually tried to stop fighting the insomnia and just roll with it?
