Ralph Abraham is demonstrating exactly what leadership looks like. This is outstanding and exactly what our state needs now more than ever.
haha, well Abraham released this publicly to score points against Rispone.
What this letter tells me is that Abraham has read internal polling showing he and Rispone are in a statistical tie, that Rispone's attacks are dragging Abraham down, and that his best shot is an attempt to shame Rispone into stopping- or, failing that, release his letter publicly and hope that gets him a few votes for appearing to be "the bigger person."
So, not much has changed between Rispone and Abraham. Ironically I thought the new sexual harassment attack ad against Edwards was very effective. Ironic in that neither of the Republican candidates in the race had the energy or money to come up with it, because they are spending all of theirs against each other. The ad was very cleverly calibrated to chip away support from people who might be inclined to vote for Edwards. Yet Rispone and Abraham are in a pitched battle with each other and keep drawing attention back to their own fight with each other. Right now, they are only concerned with chipping away Republican votes from each other. Maybe they feel they have no choice.

I agree with most of what you are saying.
But,
Correction, only one is "spending all" their money.

My thoughts exactly.
Rispone’s response however will be “Trump, conservative outsider bizznisman. Prioritize, outsider.” He’s basically a mad lib version of a politician.
I finally watched the second debate last night. Rispone will be an unmitigated disaster. He kept talking about “how we don’t know where the money is going. You need a businessman to get in there and figure it out and prioritize.” The budget is a public record that’s gone over every year. It’s on the internet and you can watch the debate on television. You’re running for Governor and are saying you can find money and will prioritize things but can’t take the time to look at the damn budget or appropriation bill?! And you can’t say what will be “prioritized”?
This guy has no plan and no clue of what’s going on.

You mean like Dardenne/Angelle vs Vitter? Those so-called Republicans did all JBE’s work for him. Critically injure Vitter in the primary while he runs his bogus West Point Honor Code ads and conceals what a liberal tax and spend career politician he is. And here we go again...
