It’s the analytics and the damn moneyball they play. It’ll do the good in the regular season but once the postseason comes around, you have to be the better team in order to make runs.

Analytics are based in statistical analysis which when used over a large sample size works. But when you're talking about a one game series, or even 5-7 games, you need to use instincts and make smart managerial moves. Numbers don't have enough time to play out in a small sample size.
