as they should... they obviously wanted to talk about what was going, seeing as they told the whistleblower, so they should have no problem talking about it to Congress, IMO...

Agreed. Unless the WB was set up just for this purpose. It's how you smoke out a rat. With only a few certain people with access to information, it limits who it may be.
