Wrong. Animal-sourced protein is absolutely the best, most complete source of protein available. You cannot fake it, or get around it with supplements. They aren't making a healthy choice, they are simply poorly educated and are being duped into a fad lifestyle so they can virtue signal to those around them.

You can and get a great diet. I mean you are talking like meat eaters are somehow this sanctuary of good diet in this country. Most of us eat garbage.

But you can get all essential amino acids from multiple food sources. There's no reason that they must come from one item on a plate.
