Next Year's QB: Chase Brice?

Has there been any talk about what LSU is likely to do next year at QB? I was talking to some Clemson buddies, and we all expect Brice to transfer this year and look to go somewhere where he can atleast play.
Any idea if LSU will keep looking to the transfer market? I think LSU fans would love this dude. He's got some Burrow in him, not as good, but kid can play. He came into a game last year after Trev got banged up and the dude was putting his head down and trucking DBs on zone reads. He's got that moxy.
Has this been discussed yet? Love to see him in P&G if he goes somewhere.

I expect Brennan to be the starter next season, and to do just fine.

Is he set to graduate?
If so, I don’t see why not, although not sure this class will have room unless he’d finish in December and be here for spring.
This isn’t an 18 situation where a NSD snafu leaves us with a scholly to give and an Urban Meyer QB decides he wants to transfer in May.

You’ll get blasted on here, but LSU needs to be looking in that direction. LSU doesn’t currently have an QB on the roster that is capable of winning the conference outside of Joe.
Brennan is a great kid, but too timid to be a top flight QB.
Pete Parrish is not an SEC QB from what I’ve heard.

Brennan is a class act and has stuck it out through it all.
But he's thrown some of the worst interceptions ive ever seen. Against Vandy, he looks the exact same as he did when we played Syracuse.
Hes made no significant strides. Jumpy and prone to mistakes.

I’m not sure about that. If there is a really good transfer that wants to come here I would bet anything that O jumps on it. That’s why O rolled out the red carpet for Burrow.

Chase was the kid 11 spots behind Brennan.
Brennan will have been coached by E for 3 years and Brady for 2.
Maybe a depth transfer but it would be a bad decision by Brice imho.
Georgia should be looking for a QB though,

I'm not so sure Brennan will ever be a starter here. The more we see of him the more lackluster and ordinary he looks.

I don't put that interception solely on Brennan. With Burrow in, we literally ran the exact same play to Ja'Marr Chase. Chase worked back to the ball and made the catch for an 8 yard gain. Jontre Kirklin did not and it ended up being a pick 6. I think Brennan just trusted his guy to make a play - it didn't work out.

Brady doesn't care about things like seniority, he will play whoever is the most talented and has the ability to make plays. Brennan ain't it.

It's certainly premature to write him off, but I can't say I'm terribly encouraged by what we've seen to date. Usually good to great college QBs who get early reps show, through the growing pains, some flashes of what's to come. He obviously has a big arm but I'm not convinced he has the mental makeup of a stud college QB. Hopefully I'm very wrong.

That’s not the way these transfers work. It at least the high profile ones. These guys aren’t transferring somewhere with a year or two of eligibility left without being assured they are going to start. Burrow, despite what some believe, didn’t come here to “compete” for a job.
