Iceland - 83%

I just got back from Iceland. It's a country of about 340,000 mostly white Nordic people descended from the Vikings. I didn't see a run down house or block of tenements in Reykjavik or anywhere else. They have pride in their country and most speak perfect English. The people are handsome Europeans, there is no question about that. You'd have to get used to eating sheep and fish. It's cloudy and rainy much of the time but it is as orderly a society as you'll find. The roads are great but the road signs and towns have way too many letters. You'd also appreciate the road signs that get you to slow down your speed. A frowny face when you are going too fast turns to a smiley face when you reach the speed limit and is an effective simple tool. I can see why retirees would like the place. And the countryside is beautiful.
