At this point, it's fair to say that the number of times he's done this is greater than 3.
So. One wonders. Why did he never come to the defense of people who were ruined by fricking pieces of shite like him over this same kind of thing?

I guess it all depends on your definition of “ruined,” but I can’t think of any celebrity, who has been truly “ruined” by wearing blackface. The closest example I can think of is Megyn Kelly, who, although she never actually wore blackface, she was fired for not being sufficiently outraged about other people wearing blackface, while the person who did wear blackface and sparked that debate skated.
Blackface hasn’t seemed to have graduated to the level of backlash as saying the dreaded N-word, or comparing the appearance of people in the Obama administration to apes.
Of course, political affiliation has a lot (everything) to do with it, too. The hypocrisy is strong and on full display on this one.
