Burrow essentially was developed under CUM at OSU. LSU don't develop him. How many qbs developed at LSU?

Well his stats at LSU have significantly improved year to year so far, so that's interesting.

So his massive improvement from his JR to SR year were from a coach who hasn't coached him in 20 months?
