I say F the private schools. if 0-10 teams making the playoffs are a problem, then start more private schools. The split is good for both sides, you play your kind and we will play ours. It is the only way it is even close to being fare.
a few years back a non select school that won a state title did so where their leading rusher and leading tackler(2 different players) in the finals - never lived a day in their lives in the parish of the school they went to.. in fact they both lived one school district over into the next parish so they not only crossed parish lines but they crossed another in parish schools attendance zone line as well.....
