Nah... the quote is in the SI story, you just didn’t read it. Copied, pasted, and just double checked it brah.
Uh, 2017 was Ed’s first year as LSU’s non-interim Head Coach... He’s talking about inheriting the program... and literally the year he inherited it.
Ok so let me get this straight...
You're suggesting Orgeron is making excuses regarding the challenges of implementing the spread at LSU... After successfully implementing the spread at LSU?
It's not like he hadn't already matched LSU's best conference record since 2011 coming into the season or like anyone is high on this year's team...
