Conservatives deny this?

The studies are in. Graduate high school, work full time, wait until marriage to have kids.

The black community was well on it's way to reaching equity until welfare programs ruined their families and work ethic.

Outright? Not most

By implication? Quite frequently. Like when people roll their eyes at Southern graduates or AA studies majors (no, this is not a job ready degree, but there is some value in having some scholars research this particular history)
