My experience with 18-wheeler drivers in LA, they act like they own the road, do whatever they want, switch lanes, slow down, speed up, and DGAF about anything or anyone around them.
There's a huge truck stop at the first Denham exit. They constantly block traffic and run red lights. They will pull out and block all lanes of traffic until the far lane clears and then can pull across. They give zero fricks.
