Maybe, just maybe, this is the year we all act like we don't give a shite because it is all over. Then they squeak into the playoffs and win it all with a 9-7 record. What would be the karma in that? Kinda like Manning's bum shoulder year.

Only one way to find out.

If Teddy stinks it up again and we’re down at halftime, let Taysom play the second half and show what he can do.

There is no doubt in my mind this is the audition for Bridgewater. If he plays poorly, he won't be the answer when Brees retires. He plays tentatively and without confidence. If he can improve with a week of practice, good. We can stay in the playoff race.

TB is the second coming of ABrooks.

maybe while he's holding the ball for 5 or more seconds trying to find AK or MT he can pass it to his open lineman, or even backwards, and then laugh and smile sitting on the bench all while counting his cash.

0-6 with him in there.

They say Brees will be out about six weeks. Looking at the schedule for the next 7 weeks. We play Tampa, Jacksonville, Arizona. Those game are very winnable. Then you have Chicago and Seattle, games that we can steal, since neither of these are world beaters. Dallas is the only game that is a likely loss. Then we have a bye right before Brees is supposed to come back. The backend of the schedule looks very easy.
