So basically we have something like this:

"She told me a long time ago that, while they were in college, Brett Kavanaugh assaulted her."

"Shouldn't we ask her directly?"

"I mean, you can if you want, but it might delay printing."

"OK, ask her later, but print now that B.K. assaulted somebody else in college."

"OK, but I'll ask her later on today"

"Did B.K. sexually assault you?"

"I don't remember anything like that ever happening."

"Has the article printed?"

"Yeah, been picked up by CNN, MSNBC, The Today Show AND AOC."

"Good. Very good.. Also, Whups, never mind."
