I have never given him a dime and I’ve never seen anyone else giving either.
There is a crackhead guy in a wheel chair who hangs in that area who talks shite and is always trying to con someone. I’m going to push him into traffic one day and laugh about it.

If you are talking about the black dude in the wheel chair on Poydras, I’ve seen that guy stand up, get out of the wheel chair and push it down the road. He used to be there all the time and then I didn’t see him for a year. I saw him show back up the other day in the same area.
