Trout on the beach in Grand Isle?

Anybody still catching trout on the beaches in grand isle? Headed down for the weekend and looking for some advice.

Grand Isle Piers are producing white trout and small specks. Use a white curly tail grub on a 1/8oz jig head.

Dumb question but I’ll be down in a month. Is shrimp/crabs etc... still in season? We were gonna do a boil at the camp the first night.

The trout bit well on the beaches this past week and there were decent redfish mixed in with them but that is over for several days with this wind that is blowing.
