Hell. A bad NSU team beat a La Tech team that destroyed ULL in 2014
In any given year I could name at least 30 FCS teams that are just as good, if not better than ULL (Montana, EWU, JMU, SHSU, etc)
Their is very little difference between most FCS teams and G5 teams.

I just don't think you should punish FCS players and not let them play in front of 80,000+ people for maybe the only time in their lives just because you're playing some school arbitrarily in the FBS like Texas State even though they shouldn't be.
FBS is separated in tiers of P5 and G5 for a reason and there is a similar separation at the FCS level between conferences like the MVFC and SWAC even though they all get lumped together. I agree FBS teams shouldn't schedule teams like Arkansas-Pine Bluff but most FCS teams would kill them too. They might as well be DII.
