Thought C Thomas was on this

He already voiced this in his last opinion where lower level courts are fighting way above their weight class.

This happened a handful of times under Obama and we are already approaching 40 times with Trump.

And the judges argument that it impacts beyond his jurisdiction is correct THATS WHY YOU HAVE APPELLATES AND THE SUPREME COURT. Your ruling should simply be for your jurisdiction.

Hank your example was for a specific case, not a blanket edict, in effect changing the law for the entire country...which is the job of the legislative/executive branch of govt or the Supreme Court.

Our President is securing our border. Nancy Pelosi and Humpty Dumpty is trying to stop him.

America is so blessed to have a patriotic President like our Donald Trump. This President has released the reins on a smothered economy. An economy that was being destroyed by Barack Hussein Obama and his cronies. Now we have a raging economy. An economy creating jobs faster than we can fill them.

Obama told American workers there were jobs that were never coming back. Donald Trump is bringing back the manufacturing plants and those jobs.

MAGA!

Kagan and Breyer can be reasonable at times.

Yep, but they're full cuck on due process cases. To Soto's credit she hates warrantless spying. Kagan wrote the Kaley decision and Breyer loves eminent domain.
