I went ahead and took the liberty of translating this for the white people on the board. I know it is difficult to understand but I recently smoked a Newport cigarette and figured I would give it a shot:

Part 1:
So basically what he is saying is he jacked off on her. After she messaged him. He even let her stay over and stayed the night with her a few times. He then accuses her of being a lowlife and not a fitness model as she portrays herself on Instagram. He then request that she cease all contact. And suggests that her friends and family do so as well.

Part 2:
It looks like the saga continues for at least a fortnight and then some. It appears as though the young lady in question and her mother are accused of trying to extort Mr. Brown. He then asserts his stature as a successful athlete by slandering the young ladies own athletics accolades. And once again, pointing out he climaxes on her back.
