Archer was (and is) a good DC , just wasn’t ready for a head job. Wasn’t he like 35 when he got it?
He slipped on recruiting. Seemed to prefer out of state kids over better in state kids.
Ps: I just saw he’s still coaching . Was a DC in the Canadian league. And soon to be in the xfl. He’s had a long career.
