I'm still of the mindset that Orgeron brings far less to the table in terms of Xs and Os than a typical head coach. But he does bring a willingness to adapt, the ability to recognize when that needs to be done, and the sense to bring in the folks who can help him do that. He may not be an offensive or defensive minded genius like a lot of high profile head coaches but I'm becoming happier and happier that he's ours.

Hermann was running around with his playsheet furiously calling plays. Coach O let his experts in the booth do all that for him. Coach O like any great leader, delegates and listens to his people. Puts everyone in a position to be successful. He knows what his strengths are, and has learned his weaknesses and he has changed accordingly. I'll take coach O over any coach out there right now.
