Hermann was running around with his playsheet furiously calling plays. Coach O let his experts in the booth do all that for him. Coach O like any great leader, delegates and listens to his people. Puts everyone in a position to be successful. He knows what his strengths are, and has learned his weaknesses and he has changed accordingly. I'll take coach O over any coach out there right now.
