From your title it appears you are not living in a subdivision or city limit

If your place is in fact in rural area what is the concern about neighbors grass? Other than visual what effects are you experiencing because of the neighbors talk grass?

Why does he need another reason? This guy isn't looking to sabatoge the neighbor or do anything detrimental to her property. He's asking about plants that can be planted on his property to block his view of the trash next door. I don't blame him.

My father in law didn't like the view behind his house, so he planted some of those Leyland Cypress trees. They've been there for probably five years now and they are massive. Doing their job perfectly.
