I live on a road that is 2 miles long and has 6 houses on it.
This is the only person that doesn't keep their yard maintained.
I'm talking half arse bush hogging the front yard enough so she can pull up to the front door.
I'm tired of seeing it and want a natural barrier between me and her and I'll pay for it.

Have you checked in on the neighbor to see if they have medical issues or something causing the neglect?
