I saw all the hype on here and kinda shrugged it off.. I’ve never seen anyone hold Collin that well, or even come close.
He was easily the best DB tonight, not sure if a catch was made on him. I’m glad we only play him one more time.

Kid could play on sundays right now.

Just from tonight, he seems to have the Trevor Lawrence - freshman talent

You poor delusional fool...they still downvote praise lol (and humor)

thanks brother, that reciever Duvernay is legit for y'all. dude was giving left it all out on the field

He no catches made on him...almost had a pick in one of the two times he was targeted and had a key holding call made against him. He was the best player on the field.

My post asking if he will be the best DB in college football this year only got double the downvotes as upvotes. For any normal recruit that’s a 5 Up to like 60 Down ratio type post. That should tell you all you need to know about Stingley’s talent.

I noticed they quickly stopped going in that direction
Exposed Fulton tho. He needs some work.

People have ask me what’s the difference in Stingley and Patrick Peterson. Physically, Peterson is a freak and and a very rare type of player. That size, that strong, at 18 was ridiculous.
Stingley isn’t as physically gifted as Peterson(though he’s still got every physical attribute you want in a corner, just not as freakish as PP.), but he’s as naturally gifted as there is at the CB and has a very high IQ and understands how the play the positive. Stingleys fluidity and ability to flip his hips are the best I’ve ever seen at his age.
Kid was built to play corner.

Not sure what you mean by not as physically gifted. I would argue Stingley May be more physically gifted.

Not even Patrick Peterson started this early in his freshman year. And Stingley is not only starting, he was so good the Texas offense instead had to pick on our 5 star senior all american.

Real talk. Kary Vincent was getting slaughtered by duvernay

That’s flat out not true out of HS he’s clearly more athletically gifted than Patrick Peterson. Faster 40, vertical, short shuttle cmon bro let’s not act like stingley is a limited athlete with freakish technique. He’s a freak athlete with freakish technique

I can see it...Kid made some plays
Sam was a little inaccurate a few times we had DB's beat but thats football
The comp/int/incomplete pass was a big play that encompassed it all.
Stingley was fluid with hips/turn and showed great closing speed
Collin had to slow a bit on underthrown ball
That one play you can see how much skill is out there and the inches that can swing a game

Stingley is that rare combination of gifted physical ability, High IQ, and still works his arse off.
Peterson was the same.
They are both experts at their craft. No need to put one ahead of the other.

I said that Stingley has every tool you want in a CB.
When i say he isn’t as “physically gifted” , I mean the fact that he’s not 6’1, 222lbs with PPs build running in the low 4.3s as a freshman. Physically, Peterson is one of the most gifted and rare CBs ever.
By the way I pretty much said I think Stingley is a better CB that Peterson. But all people are gonna notice is that I said he’s not as “physically gifted” as PP was as bitch about it. But okay.

Did I ever say he wasn’t? Nope. I literally said he has everything you want in a CB.

He ran a 4.3 flat, is 6’.5”, and is listed at 190, 5 pounds short of what Peterson was listed at his freshman year.

I’m not tripping because you said it, it’s your opinion and that’s whatever, but you are backing it up by saying things that are incorrect about Stingley. You said he wasn’t running low 4.3s.
He ran a 4.3 flat
You said he wasn’t 6’1”
He’s basically there, 6’.5”
You said PP7 was 220 his freshman year, which is just not true. He was very close to stingley’s Current weight
