Nah.
Was in 106 degree heat in vegas 3 weeks ago.
Was really really fricking hot. Walking around in vegas in a tshirt and shorts was noticeably more miserable than walking around the nola cbd in my slacks and button down going to lunch each day.
And no, it was still broiler-hot in the shade.
Dry cold >>>>>>>> wet cold
Dry heat > wet heat.
