What's the deal if it rains? Looks like a grass lot. Does it turn into a mud pit? Any issue with heavier trucks/RVs?

I'm pretty much down for whatever but wifey is pretty particular so just trying to avoid the conflict ahead of time!

It’s an all gravel lot. I have been there once when it was wet and other than puddles in low spots it wasn’t muddy. You will get chalky white dust on everything if it is super dry.
A majority of the tailgaters are in the lot all day so there is a good atmosphere. I fill up at loves coming in from houston and dump on the way out. There is also a free lot next door for other folks who come to tailgate to park.
