1 large can of baked beans (25 oz.)
½ Large Bell Pepper, chopped
½ Large Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
5 Slices Bacon
1lb. lean ground meat
1/8 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBS. Tony’s
½ TBS. Liquid Smoke
2 cups light brown sugar
1. In a large skillet oven fry bacon until crispy
2. Remove bacon, crumble and set aside
3. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic to bacon drippings and cook until soft about 30 minutes (do not drain)
4. In separate skillet brown ground meat until no longer pink and drain
5. Add cooked ground meat to bacon drippings mixture and cook about 10 min.
6. Add all remaining ingredients, cover and cook on low for about an hour stirring frequently.
These are pretty sweet which I like, but you ca adjust the brown sugar if needed.
