Better investment:
Get fake boobs, go on twitch and stream yourself doing nothing, but showing cleavage, and you can pay for the student loans and the cosmetic surgery and still have money to buy other items.
One dumb broad got 250K for a house.(200K+another 50K)

An 18 year old girl shouldn’t need to fix “issues.” Someone will rightfully find her beautiful as is. Moreover, all humans should regularly exercise. Marriage is for the long run. A higher earning husband today can be a disabled or lower earning husband tomorrow. All people can use an option for self-sufficiency. As much as many like to poo poo undergrad degrees, there’s still a lot of opportunity in the right fields (nursing, engineering, teaching, etc.).

You don't see these instagram girls with thousands of followers making bank on their intelligence. Looks can get a girl a bright future if they play their cards correctly. Imho it's kinda sad but that is the way it is.
