7) Papp
Last Season Record 49-110-1 (11th Place)
Best Players: Fox, Mccollum, Covington, Valanciunas, John Collins, Dejounte, Isaac
Off Season Additions: Mccollum, Isaac, John Collins, Jaxson Hayes, Reddish

This is one of the teams I expect to make a big jump in the rankings this season. So much so that I expect Papp to make the playoffs after finishing last season with a record of 49-110-1. Why the big jump for this franchise? Their off-season additions of CJ McCollum, Jonathan Isaac, and John Collins. Isaac is primed to break out after growing and gaining muscle. Isaac reportedly weighs 234 lbs and stands 7 feet tall. Last season Isaac was 6'10 and played around 207 lbs. John Collins was a walking double double last season after returning from his ankle injury - the main reasons Collins was not a top round asset was his lack of stocks. Collins has it in him to improve on this and I expect him to this season. A core of Fox, Isaac, John Collins and McCollum is likely enough to secure a playoff spot this upcoming season. Looking beyond this upcoming season, this franchise has a bright future ahead of it.

6) FLT:
Last Season Record 98-60-2 (6th place)
Best Players: Jrue, J murray, Gordon Hayward, Dray, Aldridge, Horford, WCJ
Off-Season Additions: Ty Jerome, Lamarcus Aldridge, Rubio, Gallinari

Assuming Aldridge and Horford continue to play well and stay healthy, this team is a strong candidate to make the playoffs again. Jrue Holiday should be a 2nd round player with the departure of Anthony Davis. In order for Jamal Murray to make another leap he needs to improve his assists and steals. The steals is the more likely way for Murray to improve so long as Jokic is in town. Draymond will do what he does and provide 4th/5th round value. The player on this team with the most break out potential is WCJ. He showed flashes of promise last season but his season was derailed with an injury. WCJ has some Al Hoford potential in him. If WCJ breaks out like some people expect, FLT could finish the season even higher in the rankings by the end of the season.
