There was a recent poll that showed a schism between leadership and membership in the U.S.

Membership is overwhelmingly conservative while leadership is just the opposite. If the split happens, then those clergy who remain will more closely reflect membership. That is the problem in the UMC right now.

The vast majority of the UMC members I know are fed up with this SJW/LGBTQRSTUV nonsense. They want those idiots gone, as do I.

You wanna preach that crap? Fine. There are plenty of denominations that will welcome you and celebrate your "inclusiveness."

yeah i remember somebody posting here they had some convention or meeting to see if they would openly ordain queer pastors and do queer marriage like episcopalians and PC-USA etc. So the africans aaved their asses huh? who woulda thunk it.
