Diversity is merely DILUTION unless filtered.

Diversity of ideas is the bedrock of western civilization.

Diversity of skin color is meaningless - probably more harmful than helpful for society at large = unless there is some correlation between skin color and intelligence, in which case the more intelligent specie should be favored for advancement of western civilization as we know it.

To choose skin color as a major preference in achieving 'diversity' is meaningless and does nothing to advance society.

It is helpful in harvesting votes from the preferred class however.
