This is the best nbadraft.net player comparison ever. I'm not sure it really counts, but whatever.

Todd Van Poppel
Harold "Baby Jordan" Miner
Akili Smith could throw a football 90 yards!

Freddy Adu is a great pick.
Most Olympic sports are usually pretty accurate about their phenoms (Phelps, Nathan Adrian, Dolan, Coughlin in swimming for example all became multiple gold medalists) but Mary Cain went from being the best American junior runner ever to being essentially a very good amateur in 5 years, which is insane.
Imagine if a top 3 recruit in basketball at 17 was playing only in those summer basketball leagues at 22. The closest I can come to that is Josh Selby or Renardo Sidney.

I think you could literally blow on this dude and his knees would shatter.

Aaron Pico. He almost made the Olympic freestyle wrestling team at 19. Freddie Roach once said he was one of the most naturally gifted boxers he's ever been around. Well he's 4-3 against some bums in Bellator and has been knocked out cold in his last two fights. He's only 22 so who knows.

Darius Miles. Lots of hype. Had a good rookie season and never really did much after.

Joe McKnight was pretty highly touted in high school to not really do too much. I know he had little flashes of brilliance but he was being sold as the next great generational RB when he picked USC over LSU
