Are you still talking about the guy who wrote the article that pops up #1 on google when you search "examples of google bias"?
And FYI, when I google "google bias testimony", which is actually kind of vague considering all that's out there on the topic, and the #5 result was actually a youtube video of Dr Epstein's testimony.
So, without ever hearing of him, it was dead simple for me to find both an anti-google article that he wrote, as well as a fricking video of his senate testimony talking about google. All I had to do was search for very general phrases related to Google bias. I don't know why you're having so much trouble with this.

Good search. I bet that would have done it for me too. Probably not a lot of results that would fit. You'd have to assume there was any testimony of course, so you're welcome for giving you that info. Did you happen to read the article or watch the video by chance? Since you know, the critique on my Google skills is a pretty effective sideshow to the intent of the thread.
