Measure her wingspan on each side. Looks like they didn’t distract the humerus and just fixated it with a 2 cm overlap of the humeral head and humeral neck.
Might just be a weird angle, but might want an X-ray with three views to confirm instead of just an interoperative fluoroscopy pic.
