not disagreeing, but honestly curious who these guys are and what schools are hiring them?

a wiki search for aTm, oklahoma, ohio st, UF, USC, Texas, FSU, and michigan, show they were all OC's or at least co-OC prior to being hired. And then you have Sark at Bama .

i'm just not seeing it at the top programs.

Brady is a passing game coor & WR coach. He hasn’t an OC. Got to remember that
