The African American woman in the pic is Khandi Alexander, of ER, CSI:Miami, Treme, and Scandal.
Would have never remembered that she was in Newsradio without seeing that.
Dave Foley, who was supposed to be the lead character on the show, is probably one of the 2 least famous people in that photo now.

She was on Newsradio and ER simultaneously, which was pretty impressive in the 90's.
