Regular Cajun Meatball Stew I add jalapeños and don't dice everything fine, just what goes in the meatballs. I put extra meatballs in just to make the sandwiches the next day.

Yea I’ve done this with leftover meatball stew and makes a killer foldover on bunnybread. Cajun ninja has an excellent recipe on youtube.
