Is Texas letting people pick based on priority ranking or section in the stadium?

priority ranking so only people who give a lot of money and have had season tickets for awhile can pick today but they can get up to 8 tickets - we LSU people who got season tickets at UT this year do not get to pick till Wed (if there is anything left)
