Wake up early and go to San Juan Islands. Bout 1.5 hr drive then a ferry out to the island you choose, for one day probably Friday Harbor is your best bet.

It’s been a while, but there was a high speed boat that ferried between Victoria and Seattle. Nots sure if still the case. Would recommend that.
