how about hospital , Workmans comp. dental, unemployment insurance , social security, medicare, ....11.50x2000hrs/year is 23,000, not a living wage and being able to send remittances.

looks like legalized slavery supported by tax dollars

Covered under his burden on payroll.

And you can multiply that times 1.33 for his burden and he is paying almost 32k per year for that employee.

Sir you are welcome to come to my farm and take over running the labor force and day to day operations. We can document your trail. After a month or so THEN we will revisit your views on running a farm.
