Turn on your interior light, put your hands on the steering wheel and sit there. Wait until they get to the window. Yell “the window is broken, is it cool if I open the door?” Do what they say.

Just pull over. Jump out fast as you can, and reach for ur back pocket for ur ID.

Do this until you fix it yourself. Even if the motor has to be replaced it only takes about 30 minutes.

Sounds like good advice. Maybe I should have the door unlocked before they approach just in case they want to open the door for me.

This is 95% of the answer....the remaining 5% is fix the damn window.

then alert the officer that you are a CHP holder and where your weapon is located on your person.
