So that guy in the police uniform in front of ALL the news cameras talking about 2 men with guns arguing...one in custody...one driving away in a light colored sedan...one innocent bystander shot twice and at the hospital in stable condition...is what? Where do some people get their information?

Well, his spokeswoman is on administrative leave, bet he was wishing she was in front the camera now
