I say this with no malice; only as an indication of how I feel:

I'm perfectly content to sit back and let the "it's never happening" crowd beat their chests a little bit longer. I don't even have a problem with them, because ultimately I know that 75% of this board wants the same thing I do.

There are bigger charges coming against Comey, and for that matter, against many, many other people. I KNOW IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN, but I'm simply not going to waste my time debating something that has been hashed out 50 times already.

Barr and Durham are serious, competent men. I don't claim to know as much about Huber, but we will see what he comes up with. People are coming forward and talking., regardless of their motivation for doing so. That's why certain components of this overall investigation have been delayed. Who cares if it takes a little longer if it ensnares more people? Would Nixon have gone down if John Dean had kept his mouth shut?

This is the season for the pessimists and doubters to get their licks in. I get that. I also know that, when this process does begin to unfurl, 75% of you will be just as happy as yours truly.

PS - Trust Wressions. Somebody posted that the other day, and I thought it was hilarious. Finally, an ounce of creativity from the "It's never happening" contingent.
