I think turtle is doing just enough to get re elected and put some sweet arse judges in. He does not give two flips about Trump's immigration agenda or the wall or healthcare. He told Trump to place Kav because that is how it rolls. The turtle, like Graham and the rest have been paid their slush funds and are only holding their tongue to get a Romney type in there. One of their own...
We will be placated about SpyGate so it goes away and they can carry on w/o another Trump.
Only thing is... I doubt they could stop another Trump type in 2024; and the dems won't have anybody that anybody wants, their jig is up.
